Product strategy for B2B Fintech/ open banking at FINQware

Elena Cosma has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Their most recent role is as the Product Strategy for B2B Fintech/Open Banking at Finqware since June 2020. In this position, they develop the vision and roadmap, drives product development, and oversees go-to-market strategies.

Prior to this, Elena worked at Vodafone in various roles. From October 2018 to May 2020, they served as the Integration Lead for the Commercial B2B Unit. Elena Cosma obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management of European Institutions and European Studies from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. Elena then pursued a Master's degree in Business Management at Université Clermont Auvergne from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they completed a Master's degree in market research, advertising research, and political research at the University of Bucharest, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.

In terms of certifications, Elena obtained a LinkedIn certification in Pricing Strategy: Value-Based Pricing in December 2021. In November 2020, they received an edX Verified Certificate for Entrepreneurship 101: Who is your customer? Elena also obtained a Blue Ocean Practical Introduction™ certification from Blue Ocean Strategy | Shift | Leadership in June 2020. Furthermore, Elena received a LinkedIn certification in Change Management Foundations in September 2018 and another in Design Thinking: Implementing the Process, also in September 2018.
