Karen Croxson

Karen Croxson is the current Director at FinRegLab. Prior to this, they were a Principal at QuantumBlack, an Engagement Manager and Strategy Associate at McKinsey & Company, and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Economics at the Oxford-Man Institute of Quantitative Finance, Oxford University. Karen has also worked as the Deputy Chief Economist / Head of Research for Economic Data Science and Behavioural Science at the Financial Conduct Authority.

Karen Croxson has a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Oxford, an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford, and a BSocSc in Economics & German (1st class) from the University of Birmingham. Karen also attended the Carnegie Mellon / McKinsey Advanced Analytics Program at Carnegie Mellon University.
