Nathan Warner

Nathan Warner is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Terrapin Operations Consulting, where they partner with nonprofits to enhance operations in HR, finance, and technology. They previously served as the Deputy Director at ACLU of the District of Columbia, overseeing human resources and operational functions. Nathan has ten years of experience in education, having worked as a teacher and administrator in urban public schools after joining Teach for America. Additionally, they have served as a medic in the Army National Guard and on disaster response teams with the American Red Cross, while actively volunteering with local nonprofit organizations in Washington, D.C. Nathan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, a Master's in Education, and an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management.
