Lucy Wills

Lucy Wills has extensive work experience in the food industry, primarily with Finsbury Food Group. Lucy joined Finsbury Food Group in 2011 and has held various roles within the company. These roles include Group Operations Director, Managing Director - Cake Business, Manufacturing Director, Site Director, and Project / CI Manager. Prior to joining Finsbury Food Group, they worked at Elisabeth the Chef as a Desserts Site Manager from 2007 to 2010.

Lucy Wills attended Glasgow Caledonian University from 1999 to 2003, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Food Science.
