Rebecca Jamieson

Rebecca Jamieson has over 25 years of experience in the retail and food industry, currently serving as a Customer Demand Planner at Finsbury Food Group since August 2015, where the focus is on demand planning and forecasting for cake products supplied to major retailers. Prior to this role, Rebecca spent nearly 20 years at J Sainsburys PLC, holding multiple positions including Retail Support Team member, Fresh Foods/Grocery Manager, and In Store Trainer. Responsibilities included providing proactive support to stores, coaching on supply chain systems, managing department performance against corporate targets, and delivering essential training programs. Education was completed at Ballerup High between 1974 and 1979.
