Rob Filsak

Rob Filsak has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Rob started their career in 2007 at DB Cargo (UK) Ltd, where they held various roles, including Internal Auditor, Group Finance Accountant, Finance Analyst, Senior Finance Analyst, Finance Manager, and finally, Head of Commercial Finance. In 2017, they moved to Finsbury Food Group, where they have worked in several positions, including Interim Group Financial Planning Manager, Commercial Finance Manager, Commercial Financial Controller, Group FP&A Controller, Head of FP&A, and currently serves as Commercial Finance Director.

Rob Filsak began their education at Brooke Weston from 1997 to 2004 where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Rob then attended The University of Sheffield from 2004 to 2007, earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial Management. Following this, they attended The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained the degree of Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA).
