Pierre Boces

Pierre Boces serves as the Head of Engineering & Product for Financial Services & Retail Loyalty at Finshape since August 2025, following an extensive tenure at Collinson where responsibilities included leading engineering teams across multiple locations and overseeing product strategy and management. At Collinson, Pierre's efforts focused on driving organizational improvements through Agile transitions, automation, and robust collaboration, alongside significant achievements in digital transformation of loyalty platforms. Previous roles include senior positions at Welcome Real-time, First Data International, and Gemplus, where Pierre demonstrated expertise in product marketing, strategic initiatives, and consulting for leading financial institutions globally. Pierre holds dual MBAs from Cranfield School of Management and emlyon business school, alongside a degree in Computer Science and Electronics from CPE Lyon.
