Shalaka Joshi

Shalaka Joshi has worked as the Head of US Business & Ops at Finsmart Accounting since 2007. In this role, they are responsible for leading and managing the company's US and international operations, driving business growth, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance Controller at the Manufacturing Group - Electronica from 2002 to 2006.

Shalaka Joshi completed their 10th grade at Sou. Vimalabai Garware High School in 1995. Shalaka then attended Deccan Education Societys Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce in Pune from 1996 to 1997, where they completed their 12th grade in the field of Business/Commerce. From 1997 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at the same institution. Finally, from 1998 to 2002, they studied at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and obtained a degree in Chartered Accountancy.
