The leadership team at FinSMEs has a history of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on research and development. They have experience working in large companies such as PepsiCo and Kraft Heinz, as well as smaller companies such as Indigo and Kaleido Biosciences. They hold degrees in fields such as biochemistry, chemistry, and polymer science & engineering from universities such as the University of Cincinnati, Grove City College, and the University of Oklahoma.
