Kati Piasecki

Kati Piasecki is the Head of HR and Operations at fintastic, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, from 2020 to 2024, they worked at Hunters in Employee Experience and HR Operations, where they managed employee data, worked on office management, and played a key role in organizational culture and recruitment. Before that, Kati served as an admin at Alooma from 2015 to 2019. Their extensive experience in HR has equipped them with a deep understanding of data analysis, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives.
