Lyndsey Taylor

Lyndsey Taylor is a seasoned talent acquisition and management professional with extensive experience in global leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Attraction at Brooks Automation and as a member of The X-People, Lyndsey is dedicated to promoting compassionate corporate cultures through lived experience storytelling and strategic coaching. Previous roles include Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Kerry, Vice President at Korn Ferry, and Global Director of Talent Acquisition at ESAB. Lyndsey's expertise also encompasses mentoring through The Aspire Foundation and pioneering talent strategies at organizations such as Mylan and SPX FLOW. Lyndsey holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Glasgow and completed the Adaptive Strategic Execution Program at Duke University.
