Oliver Kidd

Oliver Kidd is a solicitor with experience in corporate law and capital raising. Oliver currently works as the Secretary at Fintech Australia, and has previously worked with Archa and Benitec Biopharma Inc. Kidd has also worked with the Venture Law Clinic at Deakin University Law School, where they provided free legal advice to early stage businesses.

Oliver Kidd has a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Bond University. Oliver also spent a semester studying abroad at Copenhagen Business School.
