Santiago Morfín has held a variety of roles in the finance and technology sectors since 2017. In that year, they began working at Novahub Center as a Business Developer, where they contributed to the Bridge of Innovation Mexico-Miami-Marseille program, managed relationships between mentors and startups, and organized events such as the International Business Night. In 2019, they became the Head of Partnerships at the OpenBanking Fintech & Blockchain Summit, Regional Business Development Partner at FIDO, Licensed Real Estate Broker at Los Amigos Tulum, and Enabler & Community Engagement - Mexico City Chapter at FinTech Connector. In 2020, they took on the role of Ambassador Mexico City at Orange Investments® and Strategy Advisor at Aptoclick. In 2021, they became an Angel Investor & Advisor at ALIS Algae Innovation Solutions. Santiago is currently working as an Affiliate Mexico & Latam at UBITQUITY, LLC and a Financial Automation Consultant at Syncfy.

Santiago Morfín completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad Anáhuac in 2014. Santiago then attended The American Business school of Paris in 2013 for a Business Summer Program. In the same year, they also attended Universidad de los Andes (CL) for an ILA Program in Economics Political Philosophy. In 2012, Santiago Morfín attended The University of Texas at Austin for an Ethical Leadership Conference. In 2014, they attended Lehigh University for a Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry. In 2018, they completed a Diplomado from Universidad Anáhuac in Private Equity & Venture Capital. In 2017, Santiago Morfín obtained an International Design Thinking Certification from World Design Organization. Santiago is currently enrolled in a Master in Business and Technology from Collective Academy, and they are also pursuing an Associate's degree in Finanzas Inmobiliarias from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Distributed Generation and the Mexican Energy Reform from Bright Inc.
