Terri Lydon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services, brand management, and marketing strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Fintech Digital since September 2024, Terri focuses on enhancing client satisfaction and managing relationships while contributing to agency growth. As the owner of Orca Jones, LLC, since January 2024, strategic planning and brand development are key responsibilities. Previously, as VP of Sales & Marketing at Rivet360, Terri significantly increased sales through innovative marketing strategies. Past roles include EVP of Operations at PromoAid, Senior Associate Brand Manager at Kraft Foods, Account Supervisor at Hoffman York, and Brand Manager at NAVTEQ. Terri holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Communications from UC San Diego.
