Himanshu Gaur

Himanshu Gaur is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in fund administration and management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Fintech Fund Services Inc since September 2023, Himanshu previously held the position of Managing Director at both Fintech Fund Services Inc and Gen II Fund Services from March 2022 to August 2023. Prior to these roles, Himanshu was Associate Director of Fund Administration at Cortland Capital Market Services LLC, where responsibilities included leading hedge/private equity and real estate fund accounting teams. Additional experience includes positions at Northern Trust Corporation and CACEIS as a team leader and senior fund accountant, respectively. Himanshu holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from the University of Poona, attained between 1991 and 1993.
