Panagiotis Koutroumpis is currently the VP of Research & Analysis and Head of the FinTech Analysts Team at FinTech Insights, a position held since October 2019, where responsibilities include transforming business needs into customer solutions and participating in the development of eBanking platforms. Previously, Panagiotis served as a UI Analyst for Web & Mobile Digital Banking Platforms, focusing on analyzing existing banking systems and business needs. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Officer at Piraeus Bank, which involved cross-selling e-services and managing customer complaints. Panagiotis holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Energy from the National Technical University of Athens.
