Şebnem Elif Kocaoğlu Ulbrich

Şebnem Elif Kocaoğlu Ulbrich, LL.M., MLB, is the Founder and Managing Director of Contextual Solutions, a consultancy specialized in FinTech and LegalTech, since September 2019. Additionally, Şebnem founded the European Innovation Bridge, a community for FinTech and financial innovation specialists in Europe, in December 2020. Other roles include Advisor at Holt Accelerator, Guest Author for The LHoFT, and Columnist & Berlin Representative for FinTech Istanbul. Şebnem has co-authored notable publications such as The PAYTECH Book and The AI Book, and previously held key positions in organizations like Lendico Deutschland GmbH and Cringle GmbH, focusing on business development and partner management. Academic qualifications include a Master of Law and Business from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and Bucerius Law School, along with an LLM in Private Law from Galatasaray Üniversitesi.
