Sarah Williams-Gardener

Sarah Williams-Gardener is the first CEO of FinTech Wales, joining as a highly experienced businesswoman with 17 years of experience as Government Affairs Director at IBM. Sarah was also member of the founding team at Starling Bank, a challenger start-up that succeeded in obtaining a full UK banking license, gaining market traction with over 1 million account holders in both retail and business.
