Cindy Zils

Cindy Zils serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Fintech since June 2019, overseeing HR and Learning & Development activities for the Tampa, FL headquarters and 19 additional locations. Prior to this role, Zils was an Adjunct Professor in Human Resources at Eckerd College from May 2017 to May 2021, instructing future leaders in HR strategies. Zils also held the position of Human Resources & Safety Manager at MeadWestvaco from August 2009 to September 2017, where responsibilities included managing HR and safety functions in a pharmaceutical packaging facility, ensuring compliance with FDA and OSHA standards. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Henkel from August 1996 to September 2006, where Zils managed HR for numerous manufacturing and distribution sites and led the SAP implementation for multiple divisions. Zils holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kent State University.
