Crina Poleacu

Crina Poleacu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Digital Business Analyst at FintechOS since October 2021, Crina conducts requirements workshops, performs gap analyses, and supports development processes, while providing training and coaching services for client and partner teams. Prior to this role, Crina held various positions at BRD - Groupe Societe Generale, including Product Manager and Cash Management Analyst, where responsibilities included product development, performance monitoring, and legal compliance. Crina's previous experience also encompasses roles at BCR, RBS Bank Romania, ABN AMRO Bank, and Orange Romania SA, highlighting a strong background in cash management, client services, and project implementation.
