Jim Griffis

Jim Griffis is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as Sales Director for the US at FintechOS since July 2023, Jim successfully closed the company's first digital account opening client in the US and negotiated a seven-year contract extension. Previously, as Regional Sales Director at Newgen Software from November 2021 to July 2023, Jim led business development in the Northeast U.S. At JMFA, from December 2014 to November 2021, Jim partnered with banks and credit unions to enhance revenue, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Earlier roles include Account Executive at Deluxe Corporation and various positions at ADP, Kronos, and Ceridian, showcasing a strong background in project management, sales, and implementation. Jim holds a BS in Accounting from Norwich University and an MBA in Finance from Clarkson University.
