Gayathri Sashidhar is a seasoned software quality engineering professional with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as the Lead Software Quality Engineer at FinThrive since March 2016, Gayathri is responsible for directing automation initiatives and implementing test strategies for Claims Web and Patient Access Solution product teams. Prior to this role, Gayathri held positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Senior Software Quality Engineer and as an Information Tester II for Indiana Medicaid, where collaboration with business teams was key for developing test plans and executing various testing methodologies. Additional experience includes serving as a Functional Test Lead at PepsiCo and as an Associate at Cognizant Technology Solutions, contributing to both quality assurance and development projects. Gayathri holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
