Marco Pompeo has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Marco began their career in 1996 as an Apple Tech Support at AT&T, providing maintenance of CompuServe/AT&T system users under Macintosh platform, telephone technical support and insitu. Marco then moved on to become a Self-employed Freelance/Self-employed Consultor de sistemas informáticos in 2000, providing customer service to small businesses and configuration and start-up of computers under Microsoft Windows and Mac. In 2004, they became a System Admin Apple/Macintosh/Wintel at Gesein S.L., where they were an Apple Macintosh/Microsoft systems consultant for INSS and provided support and technical assistance to Apple Macintosh/Wintel computers. Marco then moved on to Apple in 2010 as a Senior Technical Professional, providing support for all Apple products, software and hardware. In 2017, they joined FM LOGISTIC IBERICA as an Infrastructure IT & Support Technician Senior, managing requests from users of level 1 and 2 and incidents related to workstations around the country. Marco is currently employed by Fintonic as an IT System Admin since 2019.
Marco Pompeo obtained their degree in Engineering from Instituto Universitario de Tecnología Venezuela between 1996 and 2000, specializing in Computer Engineering.
