Kishore Panjwani

Kishore Panjwani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the recruitment and consulting industry. As a Founding Partner at FinTop Consulting since September 2017, Kishore has focused on connecting top talent with FX and Trading Technology companies globally. In addition, Kishore co-founded Medic Finder Ltd in February 2020, specializing in finding medical professionals for the NHS and private clinics in the UK. Further entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding The React Hub in July 2020, dedicated to React.js and React Native specialist recruitment, and AuRoLog Talent in October 2022, which provides talent solutions for the Automation, Robotics, and Logistics sectors. Recently, in November 2023, Kishore became a Partner and Investor in TechGenetix, a consultancy that aids organizations in navigating technology change and driving AI-driven innovation. Previous roles include Senior Product Recruiter at Experis and various recruitment positions at Coyle Personnel, Pulse Staffing, HCL Workforce Solutions, and Juriscape. Kishore holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Gujarat University.
