Tero Kossila

Tero Kossila is an experienced executive specializing in safety, quality, and environmental management within the transportation industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Fintraffic since July 2018, Tero oversees Safety and Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and Quality and Environmental issues, while also being a member of the Fintraffic Management Board. Previously, at VR Group from February 2010 to June 2018, Tero held dual roles as Vice President of Operations for long-distance passenger services and Vice President of the Operations Center, managing significant operational responsibilities and resources. Tero's early career includes impactful positions at Emirates Airline and Finnair, focusing on business development and operational efficiency. Tero holds an MBA in logistics and international marketing from Turku School of Economics.
