Gosha Dozoretz is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Head of Platform Engineering at Finubit since March 2025. Previously, Gosha held the position of Senior DevOps Engineer at Rookout (acquired by Dynatrace) from March 2022 to June 2025, and worked as a DevSecOps Engineer at Shield. from December 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Python Developer at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems from November 2020 to August 2021, and as a Travel Clinic Manager at Terem from November 2014 to November 2019. Gosha began a career in emergency services as a Paramedic in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces from August 2011 to November 2014. Gosha is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at The Open University of Israel, expected in 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Western Galilee College, completed in November 2021.
