Cynthia Ammerman

Cynthia Ammerman has had extensive work experience at Ontario Systems. Cynthia started in 2009 as the Director of Business Analysis and Pre-Release Programs, where they were responsible for leading the product management team and creating requirements for new product features. During this role, they also implemented programs to encourage client adoption of new technologies and products. From 2012 to 2014, Cynthia served as the Director of Professional Services, overseeing the activities of the department. In 2015, they were promoted to Product Management Director, and in 2016, they became the Director of Product Launch. Cynthia has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in various roles at Ontario Systems. Additionally, before joining Ontario Systems, they previously held the position of Director of Professional Services from 2006 to 2008.

Cynthia Ammerman received their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Ball State University in 1986. Cynthia then pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Information and Communication Sciences from 1986 to 1988.
