Joseph Mack

Joseph Mack had a diverse range of work experiences. Joseph started their career at State Street in 2006 as a Senior Fund Accountant. In 2008, they transitioned to a new role at athenahealth as a Project Associate. Over the years, they worked their way up and held positions such as Project Manager, Engagement Manager, Director of Customer Success, and finally, Executive Director of Customer Success. In 2023, Joseph joined a new company called Finvi as the Vice President of Customer Success Operations.

Joseph Mack has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Bryant University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education in February 2022.
