DONGFEI PEI

Dongfei Pei has worked in the semiconductor industry since 2011. DONGFEI began their career as a PhD Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they conducted research on the TDDB properties of low-k dielectric material and how it was effected by plasma exposure and VUV photon irradiation. In 2016, they joined Globalfoundries as a Process Engineer TD Research, where they developed EUV patterning techniques for advanced node logic IC devices, explored different integration schemes of via patterning to improve performance, yield, and reliability, and collaborated with vendors and partners to discover new pathfinding opportunities for future technology and applications. In 2018, they became a Principal Device Engineer at Finwave Semiconductor, Inc.

Dongfei Pei received their Master's Degree in Physics from Peking University in 2010, followed by a Master's Degree in Physics from UC San Diego in 2011. DONGFEI then went on to receive their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016.
