Yuxuan Zhang

Yuxuan Zhang has worked in a variety of roles in the semiconductor industry. In 2022, they started as a Sr. Device Engineer at Finwave Semiconductor, Inc. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Research Associate at The Ohio State University from 2018-2022, where their research focused on the development of high quality GaN epitaxial films and high performance vertical GaN power devices. Yuxuan also held roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at Penn State University and Xi'an Jiaotong University from 2017-2015, respectively.

Yuxuan Zhang has a comprehensive educational background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Yuxuan began their studies in 2011, completing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2015. Yuxuan then earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same university in 2017. In the same year, they completed a stint as an exchange student at City University of Hong Kong. In 2018, they began their Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at The Ohio State University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
