Tim Watson

Tim Watson is currently an advisor at Finwell Benefits. Prior to that, they were the CTO and Co-Founder of RadPad from June 2012 to October 2016. Tim was also an iOS Developer at Purdue University from May 2010 to July 2011.

RadPad was regularly featured by Apple and Google in their app stores and continually saw their features copied by bigger competitors. As CTO, Tim grew the engineering team from 2 to 15 people while putting in place processes that allowed the team to move quickly and confidently as they grew. RadPad grew to a team of 36 and was acquired in 2016.

The Purdue University iPhone/iPad app developed by Tim had 150,000+ downloads and 25,000,000+ sessions.

Tim Watson has a BS in Interdisciplinary Science from Purdue University. Tim is certified by FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in Series 65 and by PADI in Advanced Open Water Diver.
