James Slagowski, CRCM

James Slagowski, CRCM has extensive work experience in compliance management in the banking and finance industry. James began their career as a Software Testing Analyst at Tenfold before transitioning to the banking sector. James worked as a Compliance Officer at Bank of American Fork for eight years and then joined American Express as a Compliance Manager. After that, they served as VP, Credit Compliance Manager at Zions Bancorporation where they managed compliance support for multiple banks. James then moved to Primary Residential Mortgage as SVP, Compliance Management Systems, overseeing federal regulatory compliance and internal audit. Slagowski then joined Zions First National Bank as a Compliance Manager and later worked at Celtic Bank as a Senior Regulatory Internal Auditor. James also has a strong military background, having served in the 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne) as an Army Officer for over 30 years. Currently, they are working as a Compliance Manager at FinWise Bank.
