Max Egert

Max Egert began their work experience with a role as a Manager at Regents Review from April 2015 to May 2018. Max then worked as an Associate at Trio Hardware and Paint from June 2014 to August 2018. In 2019, Max served as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners, where they focused on technology, biotechnology, healthcare, and cannabis industries. In this role, they contributed to creating comparable companies and precedent transaction listings and sourced prospective clients for debt and equity underwritings and placements. Max held the position of Treasurer at Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity from August 2018 to November 2019. Starting from March 2020 to August 2020, they worked as a Production Assistant at 71 Visuals, where they assisted in the production of face shields and oversaw the production of acrylic barriers using CNC machinery. Max joined FinWise Bank as a Jr. Program Manager in September 2021, and later transitioned to the role of Strategy Analyst - Fintech in February 2023. The end date for this role is unknown.

Max Egert attended Syracuse University from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Supply Chain Management. In addition to their formal education, Max has obtained several certifications. These include Operational Modeling, Math for Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis Fundamentals, Financial Analysis for Credit, PowerPoint & Pitchbooks, Banking Products and Services, Fundamentals of Credit, Math Fundamentals for Capital Markets, and Introduction to Capital Markets, all of which were received from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in 2022. Max also holds a Certified Cryptocurrency Investigator certification from the Blockchain Intelligence Group, earned in 2022. Furthermore, they have completed various online courses, such as Excel: Lookup Functions in Depth, Learning Python, Programming Foundations: Fundamentals, and Learning VBA in Excel from LinkedIn. Max obtained a Microsoft Excel Specialist certification from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in 2017 and completed BMC's Core Concepts training from Bloomberg LP in 2019.
