Sanjib Pal is an experienced professional in financial operations and technical management, currently serving as the Director of Financial Operations at Finxera since April 2013, where responsibilities have included leading the core Product CFT, as well as overseeing engineering and quality assurance teams. Prior to this role, Sanjib held various positions at Finxera, including Manager of Technical Operations and Senior Technical Architect, and played a pivotal role in establishing the quality assurance and production support teams. Before joining Finxera, Sanjib worked at ICRA Techno Analytics Ltd. from February 2006 to March 2013, where contributions included managing production support teams and developing monitoring checklists for job scheduling. Sanjib holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, completed from 2001 to 2005. Early career development occurred as a Programmer Trainee, with proficiency gained in Oracle 9i and Power Builder.
