Tuong D. is an accomplished data and insights leader with extensive experience in data management and technology transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Data and Insight at Finys since September 2025, Tuong previously led significant data initiatives at The Hershey Company, delivering over $100M in business value through the $23M One Hershey Data Platform and optimizing data processes. Prior roles include Vice President at Wells Fargo, where Tuong drove the development of a multi-cloud hosted ML application for compliance management, and Director of Software Development at XuDo Lab, focusing on integrated business intelligence tools for the construction sector.
