Booshan Rengachari has a long and varied work experience. Booshan began their career in 1997 as a Software Engineer at Multitech Software. In 1999, they moved to QCom Inc as a Software Engineer. In 2000, they joined Tachion as a Senior Manager. Booshan then worked at AT&T as a Senior Software Engineer from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they joined TIAA-CREF as a Senior Software Engineer. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at Wachovia Corporate & Investment Banking Technology as a Senior Capital Markets Engineer, where they were responsible for enabling Calypso v10 trading platform to consume live Reuters rates, developing Pricer Measures, and designing and developing a real time mark-to-market service. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Technology Manager, where they were responsible for Sales, Trading & Operational solutions, and provided tactical and strategic solutions using J2EE. In 2021, Booshan Rengachari joined the US Faster Payment Council as a Board Advisory Group Member.
Booshan Rengachari's education history includes a B.E. in Computer Science from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore from 1993 to 1997. In 2009, they obtained a CFA - Level 1 from CFA Institute in the fields of Economics, Finance & Accounting. In 2013, they completed a Certificate from Stanford University in Technology Entrepreneurship. In 2014, they completed a Certificate from The Wharton School in Accounting and Finance. Finally, in 2017, they completed a Certificate from Stanford University in Machine Learning.
