Robert Vaughn

Robert Vaughn is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Fio Companies since January 2025, Robert previously held the role of Principal Consultant at Brand Launchpad, where advisory work focused on brand positioning and revenue growth for consumer brands. As Founder and CEO of Pebble Brands, Robert launched three successful companies achieving multi-million dollar revenues within the first year. Prior roles include Vice President of Product at Lull, where Robert contributed to an 8-figure revenue achievement, and positions at AppFolio Inc., culminating as an Account Executive, where leadership in sales development significantly bolstered sales growth leading to a successful IPO. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
