Maxwell-Jake Lipton

Maxwell Lipton is the Founder and Talent Architect at Fionics, a resource for professionals in quantitative trading and research since October 2022. Previously, Maxwell held multiple roles at HIRECLOUT from April 2016 to June 2023, including Senior Director of Business Development & Recruiting, where responsibilities included hiring and training management, restructuring commission models, and developing a transparent performance management framework. Other roles at HIRECLOUT involved leading the entire recruiting organization, managing teams, and producing significant billings as a recruiter. Maxwell holds a B.A. in Economics and Art from the University of Iowa, completed in 2013, and a High School Diploma from Cleveland High School, awarded in 2009.
