Ken Hildibrand has over two decades of experience in operations management within the telecommunications and construction industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at FiOptix Inc. since February 2015, Ken previously held similar leadership roles at QualTek and NX Utilities, where responsibilities included overseeing fulfillment operations, managing performance and quality, and driving revenue growth. With a foundation as a General Manager at DirectSat USA and various technical roles earlier in their career, Ken possesses a comprehensive skill set in logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and employee development. Ken's expertise also includes safety compliance and technical proficiency, underpinned by education at Triton College.
