Founded in 2023, Fior Di Latte cheese shop offers a daily selection of charcuterie to-go boxes and artisan cheeses, carefully curated with award-winning, California-Sourced ingredients. Visitors can either choose from a growing grab and go selection in store or place an online order to schedule pick up in advance. Fior Di Latte, translating from Italian to ‘flower of milk’ is commonly known as cow’s milk mozzarella, but also a reference to the cheesemaking process - where the end product is like a blossoming flower or the best part of milk. To us, ‘flower of milk’ symbolizes our process - starting with the artisan ingredients that we source locally and ending with the selection of charcuterie boxes that we carefully curate and offer in store daily. Through our menu, we hope to take you on a journey that connects you local artisans, cheesemakers and new flavors, all within the heart of The Hangar.
