Colin Shepherd

Colin Shepherd is a seasoned scientific editor with extensive experience in research and project management. Currently employed at Fios Genomics since January 2019, Colin oversees the quality management and scientific integrity of client reports, ensuring timely delivery. Prior to this role, Colin served as a research associate at Newcastle University from September 2013 to January 2019, focusing on various projects related to osteoarthritis, cancer therapies, and genetic studies. Colin also completed a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology at the University of Glasgow and has cultivated a strong background in mammalian cell culture and molecular techniques through internships and scholarships. Colin's educational foundation includes a BSc (Honours) in Biochemistry from the University of Glasgow.
