Sam Gaston

Sam Gaston has a diverse range of work experience. They worked as a Bioinformatician at the David Tollervey Lab from June 2021 to August 2021. Following that, they served as the TestEd Operations Coordinator at The University of Edinburgh from September 2021 to January 2023, ensuring operational efficiency for COVID-19 sample site locations and providing administrative support. Currently, Sam is working as a Project Coordinator at Fios Genomics, where they are responsible for coordinating project schedules, resources, and information related to data analysis and integration services for pharmaceutical, biotech, CROs, and academia.

Sam Gaston completed high school at Berwickshire High School from 2011 to 2017. Following high school, from 2017 to 2021, Sam attended The University of Edinburgh where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Biological Sciences, focusing on Biotechnology.
