Yi Chan

Yi Chan is an experienced bioinformatician with a solid background in genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenetics, having worked at Fios Genomics since June 2018 and previously at Imperial College London and the University of Warwick. At the University of Warwick, positions included Bioinformatician/Postdoctoral Research Fellow, focusing on the development of analysis pipelines and the application of molecular biology techniques. Yi Chan's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematical Biology and Biophysical Chemistry, a Master of Science in the same field, and a Master in Mathematics, all obtained from the University of Warwick. Additional experience includes a visiting MSc student project at Heidelberg University, which involved protein transport investigations and mathematical modeling.
