Kirti Chhatlani

Kirti Chhatlani is a Clinical Bioinformatician at Mayo Clinic since July 2023, with previous experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2021 to April 2023, where analysis focused on Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) in Distal and Tumor Liver Tissue Biopsy Samples to explore their impact on intergenomic signal communication pathways. Additionally, Kirti Chhatlani worked as a Bioinformatics Intern at Roche from May 2022 to December 2022, developing automated workflows for identifying Differentially Methylated Genomic Regions (DMRs) to classify samples as Cancer or Normal using machine learning techniques. Kirti Chhatlani holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Georgia Institute of Technology (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College (2017-2021).
