Humanitarian And Sustainability Programme Manager at FIP

Rúben Viegas serves as the Humanitarian and Sustainability Programme Manager at the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) since April 2021, and previously held the role of Practice Development and Transformation Projects Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to FIP, Rúben was Vice President of External Relations at the European Pharmaceutical Students’ Association (EPSA) from July 2016 to July 2021, contributing to various initiatives including public health campaigns, training sessions, and alumni engagement. Rúben has also worked as a community pharmacist in multiple pharmacies in Barcelona and Lisbon, and completed an internship in regulatory and policy affairs at AESGP. Rúben’s educational background includes ongoing PhD studies in Social Pharmacy at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon, alongside master's degrees in Exercise and Health and Integrated Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
