Gabrio Maria Confalonieri

Gabrio Maria Confalonieri is an accomplished production management professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Production Manager at FIPPI since June 2023, Gabrio previously held several key positions at Philip Morris International from June 2020 to June 2023, including Line Lead, Production Supervisor, Cell Process Lead, and Bay Process Lead. These roles involved overseeing production cells, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing large teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
