Conny Twisttmann

Conny Twistmann is the current CEO at FIPROS. Before that, they were the VP Global Collaborative R&D Portfolio at DuPont Nutrition & Health from January 2005 to March 2016. In that role, they were responsible for establishing “collaboration” as the way to work across divisions, and for defining and developing solutions from totality of competences and ingredients portfolio. Conny also had program responsibility and sponsorship for divisional R&D portfolio. Under their leadership, they mobilized and engaged a multitude of stakeholders (400+), presented Top 5 project concepts to Innovation Decision Board within 6 months (gate 1), created foundation for Change management through communication, communication, communication, created commitment to collaborative processes as first phase of organizational change (capturing front-end ideas, selecting and prioritizing), and analyzed and recommended restructuring of entire R&D function into one line organization as second phase of organizational change.

Prior to their role at DuPont, Conny was the Senior R&D Manager at Cadbury plc. from January 2003 to January 2005. And before that, they were the Project Manager Dairy Consolidation at Arla Foods from April 1997 to January 2003. Her early career includes being the Head of Blending department, CREMO at Arla Foods Ingredients from October 1993 to May 1997.

Conny Twistmann has a degree in chemical engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Southern Denmark. Conny also has a degree in business strategy from INSEAD, and a degree in innovation strategy from IMD. Conny has a degree in fuzzy front-end from IMD, and a degree in disruptive innovation from Harvard Business School. Finally, they have a degree in HD organization from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark.
