Ross Bailey

Ross Bailey has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the aerospace and defense industry. Ross began their career at General Dynamics Land Systems in 1984, where they served as a Senior Project Engineer until 2004. In this role, Bailey supervised a team of engineers, designed electronic assemblies and cables, and collaborated with suppliers on new product development.

From 2005 to 2007, Bailey worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer II at Raytheon, where they were responsible for designing mechanical and electronic components, updating product development schedules, and creating technical data packages.

In 2007, Bailey joined Ducommun LaBarge Technologies as a Project Engineer. During their time there, they were involved in product design and development, interfaced with customers on technical and scheduling matters, and supported environmental and EMI testing. Bailey later became the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor before leaving the company in 2011.

Since 2011, Bailey has been working at FTG Aerospace as an Engineering Manager. Additional details about their roles and responsibilities are not provided.

Ross Bailey attended Dos Pueblos High School from 1978 to 1981, where they graduated. Ross then went on to Santa Barbara City College and completed an A.S. degree in Drafting/CAD from 1985 to 1995. Afterwards, they pursued higher education at the University of Phoenix from 1995 to 1998, earning a B.S. degree in Information Systems.
