Marshall Harlan

Marshall Harlan is an experienced lead producer currently driving the post-launch strategy for Civilization 7 at Firaxis Games. Previously, Marshall held a lead producer role at Epic Games, where responsibilities included monetization and engagement for an unannounced game and significant contributions to Fortnite, including the development of its successful Battle Pass and seasonal events. Earlier in the career at Blizzard Entertainment, Marshall served in various production roles, culminating as a program manager for social systems, where effective project delivery and cross-team collaboration were key achievements. Educational background includes a degree from Purdue University.
