Susan M. Cenci

Susan M. Cenci is a seasoned art director with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as Senior Art Director at Firaxis Games since September 2023, Cenci previously held the same title at Lost Boys Interactive from November 2021 to September 2024. With a solid foundation at Volition between February 2008 and November 2021, Cenci progressed through various roles including Associate Art Director, Principal Lead Lighting Artist, External Lighting Director, and Lighting R&D Lead in the Core Technology Group. Prior experience includes positions at Electronic Arts from March 2004 to March 2008 and Monster Games from March 2000 to March 2004. Educational credentials include an Associate’s Degree in Computer Animation from The Art Institutes International-Minnesota and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from North Dakota State University.
